Digital Case Submission

Your digital files can be uploaded with email, wetransfer.com, dropbox, and any scanner portal your using. Please send cases in STL format as well as fill out an rx form and send it our way! Contact us if you are a first time customer and are not set up with our account.

Case By Mail Submission

When sending a case please include all contents for the case including Upper/Lower impression and or models as well as bite registration. Models should be made as soft tissue models and dry before shipping to avoid distortion. Please send any implant components. Photos are highly recommended with each case if possible. Include our RX Form and send our way!
