We rarely use a traditional RX form any more. Every case comes in through ALLONXFLOW, our own case portal, and the prescription travels with the case record. If you still need a paper RX, ask and we will send you one.

ALLONXFLOW is our own case portal, built for the All-on-X workflow and free for every case you send us. It is a secure, HIPAA-compliant portal for licensed dental professionals. Scans, design files, stage status and the conversation all live on the case they belong to, instead of scattered across email threads and paper.
That is why the RX form has all but retired here. What a paper RX used to carry - the arch, the material, the shade, the notes - goes on the case record when you send the case, where the team making it can see it at every stage.
